Start with an annual roadmap and your priorities. Choose a focus for each quarter, then use the January–December monthly action and review pages to note actions, reflect and carry useful plans forward. Finish with a year review and a 2028 handoff.

Each paper-size PDF contains the same 19 distinct planning pages: one annual roadmap, one priorities page, four quarter plans, twelve monthly action and review pages, and one year review. Both paper sizes contain the same planning content. Choose US Letter portrait (8.5 × 11 inches) or A4 portrait (210 × 297 mm).

The page design is fixed and all entries are manual. Copy plans between annual, quarter and month pages yourself; fields do not link or synchronize. There are no automatic calculations, reminders, calendar sync or hyperlinks between pages. Monthly pages organize actions and reviews; they do not contain daily date grids or preprinted holidays. This download does not include an editable design template or a planning app.
