How do I edit an invitation template?
Extract the purchased ZIP and open the included HTML editor in desktop Chrome or Edge. No account or subscription is required. Edit the wording, size and color; three photo themes also support a local photo. Save a project file before closing. Check every included layout and export a finished print PDF or PNG, or a tall phone PNG. Artwork and layout positions stay fixed. The instruction PDF is not a fillable invitation.
What am I buying?
Digital invitation templates and PDF planners for small business, community events, work, study, creative projects, everyday organization, kitchens, meals, holidays, hosting, travel, weddings, home and moving. PDF products include the files listed on their product pages; file counts and formats vary. Invitation templates contain an offline browser editor with print and phone layouts, a three-page guide and license notices in a ZIP. Each bundle contains the planners listed on its product page and a separate start guide. Bundle sizes and download file counts vary; follow the delivery details on the listing and extract any ZIP files before opening the PDFs. No physical planner, binder or stationery is shipped.
How do I buy and download my product?
Use the Buy on Etsy button on a product page. After Etsy confirms payment, download from your Etsy purchases in a web browser. Guest buyers can use the link in their receipt email. Digital downloads are not currently available through the Etsy app. See Etsy’s download instructions.
Can I fill the pages in on my computer?
Our planner PDFs contain fillable fields for a compatible PDF reader. Download and save the file, enter brief notes, save a copy, then close and reopen it to confirm your work is retained. Reader support varies. Long entries may not print in full.
Can I print them?
Check your product page for included paper sizes and orientation. Invitation editors export exact-size PDFs and 300-PPI print PNGs. Invitations are 5 × 7 inches; wedding suites also include 4 × 6-inch details and 5 × 3.5-inch RSVP cards. Check your product page for included layouts. Print at Actual size / 100%. You can print the pages you need and extra blank record pages within the usage terms supplied with your product. Small Business planners allow working copies for your own business and its team; blank templates cannot be resold or publicly redistributed. A4 is included only where the product page explicitly lists it. Colors vary by screen and printer.
How do the product formats differ?
PDF planner layouts are fixed; type into the PDF fields and enter totals manually. Invitation templates use a separate offline HTML editor: change event text, size and color, save a project, and export finished invitations. Artwork and layout positions stay fixed.
What is different about the bundles?
Each bundle combines the individual planners listed on its product page and adds a separate start guide. You receive the same planner pages as the separate books, so choose individual products or the bundle to avoid duplicates. Extract the ZIP file before opening the PDFs.
Can I use the travel journal for photos?
The Travel Memory Journal includes fixed spaces intended for handwriting, notes and printed mementos. It has no built-in photo-upload or image-insertion function.
How do I get help with an order?

Buyer Paper Studio products are created with AI assistance under our direction, including artwork, text and layout, then reviewed and refined. Previews show the actual product designs. These are independent organization tools, not personalized professional advice.
